You awaken smothered in wonderfully soft blankets. If you are lucky, there is a warm body next to you, but... those are becoming shorter and shorter in supply, aren't they?

It's Monday at Château Ambregris, and you have just arrived here. Whatever clothes you are wearing, whatever injuries you are sporting... They are once again accurate to how you were before this tale began. Whether this leaves you with any urgent matters to take care of or relieved of ailing you had contracted in the 'last' week, the gong of the numerous clocks chimes out indifferently to the hour. Gone is the urgent summons of the past two weeks, with no Witch to greet you.

Rise and shine, and face your 'first' day in your 'new' home! And though you may now think yourself quite familiar with it, maybe another look around wouldn't hurt?

TIME LOOP:

-Characters wake up with the clothes they had with them at their canon point, like in the intro log.
-The state of their bodies is exactly the same as it was on the intro log (for better or worse).
-Any items they accumulated last week are also reset (sorry you'll need to build up your weapon cache again), except items that were given out as event rewards. Please note that the item uses are not reset.

WEEKLY EFFECT

This week every character will have a spirit animal that follows them around like a familiar. The choice of animal is up to you (natural or supernatural), but it should represent them in some way. The animal is restricted in size to that of a large dog and is incorporeal, though it can interact with other spirit animals. As the animal is a representation of their heart and inner self, it might be better at expressing itself than it's owner.

Yes, this is basically daemons. This palace clearly needs more animals for emotional support!

I didn't know you had a memory of an 80 year old. You were the one posed a question first. And no where today did I bring up dating. So, indeed bantering is futile when you can't keep up with basic facts.

Anyone can print a business card if they really wanted to.

Obviously? Where are you even going with this??

[ For a moment, she thinks of black robes and a pharmaceutical company. Her mouth twitches. ]

...No idea. I really dunno at this point.

[ Sighing loudly as she steps back and chucks the dart at a dartboard. Alas, the bullseye is a far-off dream [2]. Still sitting on her head, the chihuahua...looks openly agitated at all this. ]

Ugh.

[snakeblood]

What are you even doing. [ Goes to get one and shows her how it's done. Bullseye in one. ]

[fourtuity]

What the hell.

[ That actually pisses her off enough to grab another dart and take aim.

...It proceeds to embed itself into the wall [1]. Both girl and chihuahua blankly stare at it. She is so cursed. ]

He even starts clapping and laughing for how bad. ]

Omigosh, shut up! That was just a fluke!

[ With a huff, she picks up yet another dart and chucks it hard toward the board. This time she makes it, but it's...so-so [12]. Not bad, but not good either. Somehow this doesn't improve her mood. ]

[ Still very amused. ]

Practice makes perfect, so keep trying.

Oh, up yours.

[ Her temper is flaring up more, and her dog is back to matching her in mood and gestures. Which definitely isn't helping her aim [6], worse than before. But hey, at least she didn't hit the wall again. ]

[ You know, he feels like pissing her off some more, so he shows off with another bullseye. ]

[ She doesn't even bother taking aim and just throws—somehow this works [17]. Not enough to match a bullseye though. Her cheeks puff up in annoyance. ]

How the heck do you keep getting bullseyes.

[ It's not really a question. ]

I'm good at it. These aren't balanced that well though, so maybe that's throwing you off?

[ She doesn't even say something before she throws another dart [18], landing slightly better than the last one. Very well overall, but still not quite a bullseye. ]

Maybe, but it's not like I play darts much anyway...

[ Grumpy girl and dog gonna stay grumpy. ]

Then why don't you be satisfied with you already got?

[ Maybe she needs to focus more. ]

[ More cheek puffing. ] Ugh, no way! But it's Monday, so I shouldn't waste more time on this!

[ After saying that, she turns on her heels to walk out, chihuahua looking back and barking wildly. Or at least it seems like it's barking wildly. ]
