The day is rung in by a myriad clocks tolling at once.
It's a familiar sound. It's the first time you're hearing it.

Once again, Monday is upon you, and once again you have just arrived at the castle to meet your new roommates. The last week is gone without a trace - nothing there to remind you of its existence. Injuries have been replaced with the old aches you may have felt before coming here, keepsakes have vanished and decorations have returned to their original state.

Formally, this is a clean slate and a fresh start. But that's not how it feels in your mind - your bodies may be rewound, but your hearts are steadily continuing, carrying the weight of a time that never was.

As always, the castle is new and old at once. Static, yet ever-changing. The curious minds among you may find it a good idea to explore a little.

TIME LOOP:

-Characters wake up with the clothes they had with them at their canon point, like in the intro log unless you wish to have them affected by the weekly effect as early as Monday.
-The state of their bodies is still exactly the same as it was on the intro log (for better or worse). This is independent of the weekly effect.
-Any items they accumulated last week are also reset (sorry you'll need to build up your weapon cache again), except items that were given out as event rewards. Please note that the item uses are not reset.

LOCATIONS UPDATED:

- aquarium → wintering room
- photography studio → tea room

WEEKLY EFFECT

This week the castle's whims have decided to put on a little fashion show! Characters may awaken to find themselves dressed in an outfit that they have once worn... or an outfit that they might have worn, in a future that has never come to pass. These clothes are not period-accurate and instead reflect the characters' own lives and thus worlds! It's time to shine in an outfit you absolutely love - or absolutely loathe!

The drawback is that these magical clothes also cannot be removed until sundown. Whatever outfit you woke up in? You're stuck in it! The only way to escape your dress-up fate is to damage the clothing, but if you do so you'll find yourself stuck naked until the beginning of the next day. The castle's strange properties do at least provide a little cloud of mist that will follow characters around for modesty reasons.

The new clothes will remain after the day of their appearance. They'll lose all strange properties and become garments that can simply be worn or discarded at will, like all other clothing.

[While Homura makes that call for assistance, Sousuke is going to check over Lili while they wait for help to come. He kneels beside her but he doesn't move her yet.]

Lili! Are you with me?

[If she's conscious, that would be ideal, but it wouldn't surprise him if she wasn't.]

[ Nope. As in like. She's here but not really here. ]

[Uh, yeah, that's not great. At least she's still breathing, but the abdominal wound is the most concerning one to him.]

Lili! [One more shout, just in case that wakes her.] I'm turning you over.

[He wipes his bloodied hand roughly on the grass and carefully shifts her onto her back, avoiding contact with the wounds.]

[ She is not awake to respond but this also helps!! Thank you Sousuke. ]

[Too bad they missed out on another CPR chance huh--

Is the complete opposite of what Sousuke is thinking, but since G'raha has some cloth and is almost definitely cleaner than he is right now, he'll stand back and let them handle things, especially when the cavalry has arrived with Urianger's presence.]

[ IMAGINE? We could have added to the counter......... ]

[Both Homura and Ish's calls come through, and in turn Urianger comes running to the scene. He doesn't actually know who he's going to be healing until Lili comes into view and he suddenly moves all the faster.

Say it for the class, Urianger:]

By the Twelve... Lili!

[He joins Sousuke at her side.]

Ish hath granted unto me my healing magicks for a limited time, so that I may aid her.

[He gets right to it, too. He holds out a hand over Lili and closes his eyes to concentrate. After a moment, a gentle light washes over her wounds. He doesn't have enough power back to fully heal her, but this will ensure she survives.]

[ Twelve bless Urianger. The combined efforts of those who showed up earlier and his healing are what get her to come to.

... Still only opening one eye, though. ]

Did I... [ ??? ] Urianger...?

[Oh, thank the gods. The poor girl still looks rough, but she's alive.]

Well met, Lili. [He keeps his hand steady as the magic does its thing.] Thou hast seen a battle most furious, from the state of thee.

[What the hell even happened? Who attacked Caroline and did this to Lili...?]

Yeah. It's a long story that Sousuke, Chara or I can tell you.

[ Teen squad got to work apparently?? ]

I would be interested in hearing it. But first, pray take this time to rest. I shall see what can be done about thine eye...

[Which I'll leave up to Coco on whether that can be healed fully or not!

He glances toward Sousuke and Chara.]

I will be glad to address any injuries incurred by the both of you as well.

[Certainly, Sousuke has quite a bit of blood on his right arm and some spatter on his cheek, neck and shoulder, but he shakes his head.]

It's not an issue. Please focus on them instead. I'd be happy to report on what happened as well.

[Since everyone seemed to have Lili's care in hand, he'd wandered over to the body at some point, since they might as well see if he had anything important on him.]

I found this, but no identification.

[He holds up a coin purse, which is smudged with a bit of blood.]

No clue. Even Ish claimed ignorance.

I have to wonder why it went for you in particular. [They joked about it being a misogynistic Frankenstein's Monster (the joke is that Frankenstein's Monster already has a very toxic relationship with the concept of Women - something you need an incredibly big brain to understand) but it isn't impossible.] Nothing we did could get it to redirect.

[ Is that... aether? Seeing it feels like coming home, if only for the briefest of moments, before worry settles in his stomach again.

Still, he can't help but let out a shocked: ]

Your magicks!

[ This means she'll be fine, that she'll recover.

He's so relieved. ]

[It sure is!! Urianger allows himself to smile now that he knows for sure Lili is going to be okay. After the massive loss from earlier in the day, being granted the ability to prevent another is a level of relief he couldn't begin to describe.]

Indeed. They will again fall silent in time, but Ish hath afforded me this much.

[ He smiles in return, the bloodied cloth in his hands something he can finally move away from Lili now that she's slowly on the mend. ]

Full glad am I to see it returned to you, even if only for a moments' time.

[ Ah, if only he could sense the aether himself. ]

[Would that he could lend G'raha some of the power...!!]

As am I. 'Twas quite the surprise to receive the call from Ish to provide aid.

[Like, that's wildly unlike Ish. Right? Right.]

[ This is the first time she's ever seen anything like this? But she stands a good distance away, trying not to get in the way of helping Lili. Fingers crossed! ]

Wow...it's like a miracle...

[Urianger smiles at Clover. Lili's on the mend!]

'Tis fascinating to listen to thy reactions, for magicks such as these are common in my world.

Yeah, I've never seen anything like it. Sure drives home how different our worlds are...

[ She looks relieved at Lili's improved condition, shoulders relaxing slightly. ]
