The day is rung in by a myriad clocks tolling at once.
It's a familiar sound. It's the first time you're hearing it.
Once again, Monday is upon you, and once again you have just arrived at the castle to meet your new roommates. The last week is gone without a trace - nothing there to remind you of its existence. Injuries have been replaced with the old aches you may have felt before coming here, keepsakes have vanished and decorations have returned to their original state.
Formally, this is a clean slate and a fresh start. But that's not how it feels in your mind - your bodies may be rewound, but your hearts are steadily continuing, carrying the weight of a time that never was.
As always, the castle is new and old at once. Static, yet ever-changing. The curious minds among you may find it a good idea to explore a little.
TIME LOOP:
-Characters wake up with the clothes they had with them at their canon point, like in the intro log unless you wish to have them affected by the weekly effect as early as Monday.
-The state of their bodies is still exactly the same as it was on the intro log (for better or worse). This is independent of the weekly effect.
-Any items they accumulated last week are also reset (sorry you'll need to build up your weapon cache again), except items that were given out as event rewards. Please note that the item uses are not reset.

- garden, library, promenade
- aquarium → wintering room
- photography studio → tea room

WEEKLY EFFECT
This week the castle's whims have decided to put on a little fashion show! Characters may awaken to find themselves dressed in an outfit that they have once worn... or an outfit that they might have worn, in a future that has never come to pass. These clothes are not period-accurate and instead reflect the characters' own lives and thus worlds! It's time to shine in an outfit you absolutely love - or absolutely loathe!
The drawback is that these magical clothes also cannot be removed until sundown. Whatever outfit you woke up in? You're stuck in it! The only way to escape your dress-up fate is to damage the clothing, but if you do so you'll find yourself stuck naked until the beginning of the next day. The castle's strange properties do at least provide a little cloud of mist that will follow characters around for modesty reasons.
The new clothes will remain after the day of their appearance. They'll lose all strange properties and become garments that can simply be worn or discarded at will, like all other clothing.

[Even so, he'll monopolize the distraction as best he can to try and slip behind the man's back. If he's successful, he'll try to loop an arm around his neck, in something like a chokehold. They only need a small opening.]

* What exactly did you expect to happen? This was always YOUR job. None of the mechanics you are familiar with applies here. While you stand there waiting for exposition, the enemy is moving and getting ready to strike a killing blow.
* But fine. He can bleed. That means his limbs can be damaged. Do I need to do the rest for you?
[FIGHT]
[Ripping the dagger out of his abdomen, they drop down low and drive it into his foot - then rip it out, and then plunge it into his ankles.]
Focus on disabling him! Then we can work out how to finish him off!

The man's movements are made less precise by the unnatural looseness of his limbs, like he's not in complete control of them, but in exchange the strength and speed of his strikes is nothing to sneeze at. Getting in the way of one of them... well, Lili's already demonstrated that.
His bellowing, still a long gurgling sound due to all the previous stabbing, only chokes off a little when Sousuke gets him in a chokehold. Chara going for his foot and ankles makes him stumble, but instead of stopping or switching targets he single-mindedly continues to try and skewer the girl in front of him. He's strong enough to drag Sousuke a few paces despite everything, so watch out. The only thing the other two have to worry about is the back end of the spear and the jerky reactive kicks of his feet when attacked.

He gets her once. And perhaps it is the one time it matters. He slashes her abdomen.
That's all it takes to knock her down, but like Andrew, if she's going to die, she's not going to make it easy.
She raises her dagger after rolling one final time to dodge another stab, and drives it into her assailant's foot. Hoping to limit his movements.
All she can do now is leave it in the other two's hands as she tries to crawl away. There sure is a blood trail forming behind her as she does, though. ]

It's like he's back on the battlefield again.
Tightening his hold as much as much as he can with that one arm, he moves the dirk as close as to the neck as he can, given the jostling. Without hesitation, he angles the blade and goes for a stab at the carotid artery, aiming for the part of the neck that leads to the side of the jaw.]

Lili - stick close or run far. The spear is long range, means it's - [They grunt.] - harder to use up close.

Lili has luckily gotten far enough away and the man is no longer coordinated enough for a spear throw, but the two in close combat with him may want to get good at dodging for a minute or two.
But once that short window passes, at long last the man slides to the ground, convulsing a time or two. There's blood everywhere, and they've come a surprising amount of distance from where Caroline's body remains.

Lili takes one more breath – and then she collapses, some distance away from where Chara and Sousuke are. ]

He glances over at Chara, checking on their condition, before his gaze goes to Lili, with his body following along automatically at the amount of blood she's shedding.]
