Psst. Were you enjoying your peaceful, sleepy spring morning, blanketed in magic and mystery? Alas, the times they are a-changinβ β that is to say, everyone will get a rude wake-up call from a sleep they may not remember falling into at precisely 8 oβclock AM on the dot, every single grandfather clock clanging out the hour once again. Itβs truly a grand and terrible orchestra, made perhaps just a bit worse by the state some of you may be waking up in.
Now, is this better or worse than your last magical wake-up?
Only time will tell.

It's a substantial pool of blood. Andrew may have noticed the blood splashes on Dan Heng and Blade nearby, as well.]

She definitely caught a glimpse of the splashes on the both of them...and makes a note to ask how far apart they happened to be sleeping.
With that in mind, does the blood pool itself have a specific shape? Specifically, does it look splashed from an angle or anything? She's not a forensics expert but something puddling versus something that's been spread would probably be possible to notice.]

In other words, there was probably splashing, but the water and amount of blood spread make it hard to tell the precise angle.]

And if she's standing by the blood puddle and looks up at that open skylight/second floor area, what would she see?]

If Andrew looks up, she'll see the big telescope and the stairs leading up to it. The view is relatively unobstructed because some of the smaller telescopes nearer to the ground have been knocked over.]

Skylight is open and not, like, shattered, correct? Where's the mechanism for opening or closing it? Anything weird about that?]

While she's looking around, she'll see that the ground floor of the observatory is pretty messy. (Those knocked over telescopes and all, and some books on the floor.)
She can also watch Siff and Hickey moving the body -- what's left behind is one bell, and a sword in its scabbard. Both were next to Tiamat, people were just focusing really hard on the body.]

Most of the mess is with things that were already in here, though she takes a note of the dishevelment and will come back to it later, say, if she needs to figure out a path that might have been taken through the room.
But there are two things that do NOT belong here, and therefore, with Tia being gently handled by two people who are making disgusting commentary at her expense, which is definitely a thing Andrew should have a sword in her hand to overhear, Andrew will go look at the sword.
- And the bell. Sword first. She'll draw it from its scabbard. Has it been noticeably used? Stains etc?]

It's a rapier, and while there are a couple of dull spots on the blade, it is still sharp and is also clean.]

[She runs the flat of her thumb along those dull spots. Rust? Cleanliness-wise, how does it compare to the bell?]

The spots are not rust, just dullness in the blade. Both the sword and scabbard are clean, since they were outside of the blood puddle, unlike the bell.
The bell was next to Tiamat's head and in the middle of the blood.

One more thing is bothering her because it has to do with her, so when there us an opportunity she will ask Siffrin, but since this would need mod input, we're triangulating and maybe we can cut out the middle guy.]
When I touched my face, there was a little blood there... what did it look like?
[Like the puddle on the floor, was it dripped or smeared there...?]

As Andrew gets up to collect what she's gathered (that is actually collectible), she scans the bottom floor and the mess there one last time. She avoids looking too closely at Tia (it could easily be...).
All the knocked over telescopes and mess, are they concentrated in any specific area of the floor? Near the door, near the stairs, near where Tia was found?]
